Palm Springs High School does not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us an e-mail, participating in a survey, or completing an on-line form. We may disclose your personal information without notice if it is necessary to: (1) comply with legal process/action; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of the school and; (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our students and staff or members of the public. Personal information submitted will not be disclosed to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection and will only be used for the purpose stated at the time of collection. The school does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
