Effective June 30, 2025 outside food deliveries (including those from delivery services such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, etc) will no longer be accepted on campus.
This policy is in place to maintain campus safety, reduce disruptions to instructional time, and ensure compliance with district guidelines. This decision aligns with Palm Springs Unified School District Board Policy BP 0450 (Comprehensive Safety Plan) and Education Code 32282 and 49530 - 49536 as well as Federal Ed. Code 42 USC 1758b, which require schools to implement practices that support safe and secure learning environments. If your student needs lunch, the school cafeteria will continue to provide meals at no cost for all students. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain a safe and focused educational setting for all students.
The Palm Springs Community Center (address on attached flyer) has a walk-in clinic where they will see students for athletic physicals and assist the families in signing up for medical insurance. They are open M-F 11AM-8PM and Sat/Sun 8A-5PM.
